The reports in Yeastar know neither your carrier's tariff nor your cost centres.
The Yeastar P-Series (P520 to P570, Software Edition and cloud alike) has decent call reports, but they lack what the accountant needs: the price of a call at your carrier's tariff, subtotals per cost centre and the separation of private calls. Tarifon is a call accounting program for Yeastar that connects over the official API of the PBX and runs on an ordinary Windows PC in the office.
Over the OpenAPI of the PBX. Besides the calls, Tarifon also loads the list of extensions with their names and the list of trunks – you retype nothing. The API can also hand over older calls, so after deployment you have history for the months you choose, and after a connection outage the missing calls are re-imported. It works with hardware PBXs, with the Software Edition and with Yeastar Cloud.
Not yet – the S-Series has a different API. If you have one, get in touch and we will look at it.
Turn on „do not verify the certificate“ in the wizard – on a local network that is normal.
Both use port 8088 by default; change Tarifon's port in config.json (for example ":8090"). Hardware PBXs and the cloud are not affected.
Tarifon re-imports the calls over the API, leaving no gap in the history.
A perpetual licence from €249 for up to 24 extensions, with no monthly fees; 30 days free in the full version.
The full version, no card needed. When the trial ends the program keeps collecting calls – once you buy a licence, no history is lost.
