„Some gentleman from out of town called us last week and nobody wrote the number down.“
„Some gentleman from out of town called us last week, nobody wrote the number down.“ „Who on extension 214 called Austria on Saturday evening?“ The carrier's itemised bill will not answer that: it shows only the line number, not the extension, and incoming calls are not in it at all. Tarifon sees every call the way the PBX recorded it – with the extension, the name, the direction, the duration and the price – and lets you search it.
Date and time, the extension and the name of the person, the direction (outgoing, incoming, internal), the number dialled or calling, the trunk the call went through (VoIP, GSM gateway, fixed line), the ringing and talk time and the price at your carrier's tariff. For an incoming call to a group, Tarifon merges the branches into a single row and shows who eventually picked it up.
Filter by period, extension, department, trunk, direction and private/business. The find number field looks a call up by the whole number or part of it – „0903“ or the last four digits will do. The result can be exported to CSV or printed. The interface runs in a browser, so the accountant or the assistant can look at the log without installing anything on their own computer.
As long as you set – the retention is entered in months. The data sits in a database on your computer, not in the cloud, so the numbers never leave your network. Individual calls or whole periods can be deleted, for instance on an erasure request under the GDPR; the deletion is written into the activity log.
Tarifon is not an invoice. It serves for checking and cost allocation; for the totals to match the invoice you set the VAT rate, the rounding and the first day of the billing period the same way your carrier has them.
Yes, including who picked them up and how long they rang.
With FreePBX, Yeastar, Grandstream and with 3CX over XAPI, yes – the history is pulled from the PBX. With systems using an SMDR output and with 3CX over the CDR socket, only from the deployment onwards.
Yes, the interface has a login. An extension can also be given a privacy level: discreet (the number dialled is masked) or hidden (it does not appear in the log but still counts towards the department total) – typically for company management.
Yes, both a CSV export and a printable report. The interface runs in a browser, so the accountant can look at it herself.
The full version, no card needed. When the trial ends the program keeps collecting calls – once you buy a licence, no history is lost.
